RETURNS Can I return my purchase?
We will replace or refund all items provided they are returned complete, unused and in their original packaging, within 14 days of receipt.
Note: The colors of products may vary due to screen colors and photography light. If in doubt then please contact us.
Who pays for the return?
For all unwanted items, the cost of returning the item will be the responsibility of the customer. However, if our customers require an exchange then the delivery charge of the exchanged item will be the responsibility of Islamic Socks.
Note: Exchanges & Refunds can take up to 14 days.
Is there a protocol to follow for returns?
When returning an item, please ensure that you inform us of the return in advance and the return slip is completed and attached with the return.
Note: Please ensure that you get a tracking number and receipt from your post office when returning goods.
My goods are faulty, what should I do?
Notify us within 3 days of receipt of any faulty goods or goods that are not in accordance with the invoice. Islamic Socks will take responsibility for the cost of these returns and also, the delivery costs of any exchanged goods.
Note: If we are not notified within 3 days, you will lose the right of Islamic Socks incurring the cost of returns that are deemed damaged or not in accordance with the invoice.

Estimated time of delivery is 2 -5 days after the order is processed, insha'Allah.
There is a $5.00 surcharge for shipping to Canada & Mexico.

are currently accepting pre-orders for certain products at this time to help predict future
sales and stock our inventory appropriately. By using this process,
you are agreeing to ALL our pre-order policies below.

- All preorders will be charged when the order is placed.
- Preorder delivery dates on our website are expected shipment dates and they are not guaranteed. Stock of pre-order items is not guranteed due to possible delays or cancellations of certain products by the manufacturer.
- If there is any change in the expected delivery date of your order, we will contact you via the email address that you provide us at the time of purchase. It is possible (although rare) that a preorder item will become unavailable due to limitations by the manufacturer. If this happens, you will be immediately contacted and refunded your purchase price including shipping.
