Can I return my purchase?
We will replace or refund all items provided they
are returned complete, unused and in their original packaging, within
14 days of receipt.
Note: The colors of products may vary due to screen colors and photography light. If in doubt then please contact us.
Who pays for the return?
For all unwanted items, the cost of returning the item will be the
responsibility of the customer. However, if our customers require an
exchange then the delivery charge of the exchanged item will be the
responsibility of Islamic Socks.
Note: Exchanges & Refunds can take up to 14 days.
Is there a protocol to follow for returns?
When returning an item, please ensure that you inform us of the return
in advance and the return slip is completed and attached with the
return.
Note: Please ensure that you get a tracking number and receipt from your post office when returning goods.
My goods are faulty, what should I do?
Notify us within 3 days of receipt of any faulty goods or goods that
are not in accordance with the invoice. Islamic Socks will take
responsibility for the cost of these returns and also, the delivery
costs of any exchanged goods.
Note: If we are not notified
within 3 days, you will lose the right of Islamic Socks incurring the
cost of returns that are deemed damaged or not in accordance with the
invoice.
